Ghadir is an Engineer working within the Global Concept Development in the Oil and Gas industry. Ghadir did her first degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Ryerson University, Canada then completed her postgraduate studies in Engineering Design at the University of Cambridge,UK, in 2014. She specialises in Lean Manufacturing and Engineering.
Ghadir has many hobbies such as Kayaking, traveling and teaching!
Mariam is an instructor in the department of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University where she teaches Environmental Science. Her research interests include water resource management, environmental policy, and (a recently developed partiality for) innovation and technology management. Mariam holds a bachelor of science in Environmental health from Zayed University and a Masters in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge. Prior to this he spent a number of years working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Experimental Fluid Mechanics at Imperial College London. Dr Mohammed Atari received his B.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2005. He obtained his M.Sc. degree in advanced biomedical engineering from the University of Warwick in 2006. In September 2006, Mohammed worked for four months as a lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University where he taught biomedical engineering modules and supervised senior year graduation projects. He was awarded the University of Warwick Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship to pursue his Ph.D. in biomedical systems modelling, which he earned in 2011. His doctoral thesis looked into mathematically modelling the kinetics and dynamics of the anti-cancer agent topotecan.
Dr Atari is currently working as a Mathematical Modeller at Cyprotex Discovery Limited, a preclinical discovery and development company, on developing novel in silico models for drug pharmacokinetics to improve the predictive power of Cyprotex software. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered Scientist (CSci) and a Member of the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (MIPEM).
Jad works on developing the content creator ecosystem in the Middle East & North Africa as part of the YouTube Partnerships team at Google in London. Prior to that, Jad completed his studies in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where he also held leadership positions in a number of student societies, including the Cambridge branch of Engineers Without Borders.

Omar is an Entrepreneur, CEO and founder of first private multidisciplinary research center in Egypt, dedicated to improve scientific research in the fields of natural and medical sciences. Omar is also a pharmaceutical formulation scientist, with a special interest in protein formulations, protein stability, polymeric drug delivery systems, applications of Layer By Layer (LbL) technology and biopharmaceutical studies. He holds a PhD in pharmaceutical technology from the University of Geneva and he is currently pursuing his MBA degree at HULT business school in London.
Omar’s career involve over 10 years of experience in academia and industry. Believing in the role of young Arab scientists in the development of the whole Arab community, Omar joined the Arab Innovation Network (AIN) team and he is currently the AIN Projects Coordinator.
