Aya abo lHaj is an industrial engineer working as a co-engineer in engineering studies, specialized in solar energy and the environment. She has 7 years of experience in managing projects. Aya graduated from the Jordanian University with a degree in industrial engineering, she is currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in environmental studies. She joined AIN in her second university year in 2013 and was the general director of the conference in Khartoum in 2017, and this year she’ll celebrate her seventh year with AIN. Aya has earned local and international awards and has represented Jordan in many countries and conferences. She has started her own business and have been chosen among 100 other women to participate in Techwomen in Silcon Valley-USA in a program specialized in engineering solutions for the environment and water issues. She’s ambitious about serving real solutions for communities’ issues.
