Lamia holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and Sustainability from Polytech Tours University, France, and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering from An-Najah National University, Palestine. She has demonstrated leadership through roles at the Arab Innovation Network (AIN), including Competitor and Outreach Coordinator and Head of AIN Student Societies in Palestinian universities. Lamia also volunteered with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Al-Sadaqa Palestinian Girl Scouts, and served as Activities Coordinator at the American Institution of Architectural Students. Professionally, she leads Entrepreneurship Programs at the Business Innovation and Technology Hub and has worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant. Lamia holds a Global Innovation Catalyst certificate from Stanford University, gained research experience at the UMR CITERES Lab, and worked in engineering offices. Highly self-motivated, she excels in strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, networking, relationship building, team building, and management.
