Scholarship for Excellence in Education and Development (SEED) is a financial assistance scholarship for Palestinian Students who demonstrate a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact. SEED aims to improve access to education and empower students for a better future. The scholarship is awarded based on educational excellence, character, charitable work, and leadership potential.

Online Submission Rules for SEED 2026:

• Palestinian university students (Residency in Palestine is not a condition).
• Age: 18 years and above.
• The applicant must be an undergraduate student (not a graduate), from the first to the third year in any major; only medical and engineering students are eligible up to the fourth yea
• Completion of enrollment procedures, which includes:
  • Filling out the scholarship application online. ( you can fill it in Arabic or English)
  • Submitting a video will be required in the second stage, only if you are selected from the first stage.
